I'm Chris Zevallos a Senior Technical Program Manager with 7+ years building enterprise AI programs, cloud infrastructure, and delivery operating models in financial services.

At JPMorgan Chase I was selected to lead Asset & Wealth Management's participation in Project Glasswing — Anthropic's cross-firm AI cybersecurity coalition and the only financial institution in the launch cohort. I built the program from scratch: charter, governance, executive dashboards, and 10+ workstreams coordinated across AI, infrastructure, SRE, CI/CD, and application owners. In 30 days we reduced the open finding backlog, and I personally drove thosands of remediations — the bulk of total program throughput.

I also led the firm's pilot AI transformation function, operationalizing Claude Code across cloud infrastructure architects and engineers, evaluating frontier model ecosystems, and building agentic workflows with internal MCP servers that automate project plan generation, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting — collapsing program kickoffs from days to hours.

Beyond AI delivery, my record includes identifying ~$15M in AWS cost savings ($1.6M+ approved net), designing a 13-week SRE Bootcamp that trained 60 engineers across 6 lines of business (saving ~$1.1M annually through improved observability and reduced MTTR), enterprise SSL remediation across 300+ Tomcat servers, and multi-year infrastructure modernization that reduced technical debt by ~20% across a 50+ application portfolio.

I hold AWS certifications (Solutions Architect + Developer Associate), FinOps Certified Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Gremlin Certification in Chaos Engineering.
